DALMAC training

It's the last weekend before the DALMAC, so I figured I'd better get at least one more training ride in--although, at this point, training probably won't help much. I can either do it or I can't. But I thought it would be a good idea to try the silly new padded shorts I bought to make sure they're what I want to wear 4 days straight.

I rode from my apartment to downtown Plymouth, 16.21 miles, in 59:36. I rode back in 60:37. 32 miles isn't even half of the shortest day on the DALMAC 4-day West tour, but nevertheless, I think I'm ready.

I just hope my mom waits up for me. I've heard she can maintain an 18 mph average for several hours.
