A misguided and sic [sic] attempt to combat Geno's "Speak English" sign

Everyone has probably heard by now about owner of Geno's Steaks (Not steaks at all! Actually crummy sandwiches!) in Philly who has a sign up that says "This is America. When ordering, speak English."

Last night when I was walking home from work, I saw in the window of Julius Scissor's storefront a hastily scribbled sign taped to the inside of the window that said, "Foreign speaker's welcome."

Nice sentiment, I suppose. Except he should drop that apostrophe. Not to mention his business is in a wealthy, white neighborhood where, chances are, none of the foreign speakers that are being denied cheesesteaks are in the market for (presumably) overpriced hairstyling from this eccentric little shop. He's actually just broadcasting, albiet poorly, his political convictions to a well-to-do white audience that presumably shares his convictions (his customers).

If he really wanted to fight back at Geno's Steaks and welcome foreign (Spanish) speakers, he might put up a sign that says something like, "No hablo español, pero bienvenidos!"
